Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please note that customs processes may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.

Processing & Dispatch

As each piece is an original work of art, processing and dispatch times vary depending on the piece. You will receive an estimated dispatch timeframe at the time of purchase, or you're welcome to contact us before ordering if you need a piece by a specific date.

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with any available tracking information.

Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom: 5–7 business days from dispatch
  • European Union: 7–14 business days from dispatch
  • International (Rest of World): 14–21 business days from dispatch

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs processing, which can add additional time beyond the estimates above.

Packaging

All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. We take great care to protect each piece during transit.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@artbyqistudio.com with photos of the damage. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other courier services once an item has been dispatched.
