Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your artwork. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, in line with UK consumer law. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@artbyqistudio.com before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Original Paintings As each original painting is a one-of-a-kind work, we encourage you to get in touch before purchasing if you have any questions. We're happy to provide additional photos, dimensions, or details.

Prints Prints are produced to order. If your print arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exceptions We do not accept returns on commissioned works or digital downloads.
