Commissions
I take on a limited number of commissions each year, creating original oil paintings tailored to your vision — whether it's a beloved coastal scene, a special memory, or a meaningful subject. Depending on your preference, you can provide reference photos to help me visualise your idea or I can create something based on one of my originals. Before starting, I will send over photos of initial sketches and discuss anything you'd like me to change or add. I will update you on the painting progress with photographs and encourage your feedback until you are happy with the final piece.

How to enquire
- Get in touch – Use the contact form or email me at info@artbyqistudio.com to describe your idea, preferred size, and any reference images.
- Quote & agreement – I'll get back to you within 5 working days with a quote and timeline. Prices vary depending on size and complexity. Please get in touch for a tailored quote.
- Deposit – A 50% deposit is required to secure your commission slot.
- Creation – Depending on the size, a painting might take 2–8 weeks to complete.
- Final payment & delivery – The remaining balance is due before dispatch. Your painting will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.
